Shipping Damage

In the unfortunate event that your artwork is damaged during transit, you have the option to request a free replacement or opt for a full refund.

Art Return Policy for Customized Orders

For art customized in terms of color or size, returns are not accepted once you have received the painting. Returns for customized artworks will incur a $100 material fee before shipping.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We extend a 30-day no-risk money-back guarantee on all orders. In case of a return, we will organize the collection and return shipment of the artwork; you will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Conditions for Return

To initiate a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
  • The artwork remains in the condition it was received and is repackaged in its original packaging or similar protective packaging.
  • For damaged artworks, photographs documenting the damage are required to help us understand what went wrong with the shipment.

If the original packaging was insufficient, please repackage the artwork as securely as possible, and ensure to document this for insurance reasons.

Please note: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, followed by an additional 14 days to complete the return process.

Space Incompatibility

If the artwork is not suitable for the intended space within your home (the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs), a full refund will be processed once the artwork is received back at our facility.
